Abstracts and registration

This workshop will run as an online/in-person hybrid event, with the default option being for UK-based participants to travel to Glasgow, and the remainder to present online. Funding is available to cover all expenses (travel, accommodation and other reasonable costs) incurred by UK-based participants, with junior attendees prioritised. Hotels will be booked and paid for by the organisers, but participants will need to arrange their own travel, claiming this back after the event.

In-person attendance from outside the UK is also welcome, with accommodation being covered and international travel expenses paid if funding permits. Any costs associated with isolation and quarantine cannot be covered. In the event of a significant worsening of the situation, the conference would proceed as an online-only event.

Online attendees will still receive all physical conference materials (e.g. printed book of abstracts) if a mailing address is provided in the registration form below.

There will be a limited number of slots available for short contributed talks, with a virtual poster session organised if appropriate. Details of the virtual poster session will follow later, practical constraints mean there will be no option to present a physical poster.

Deadline for abstract submission and registration for in-person attendance: 31st July

Deadline for registration of online-only attendance: 17th September

Abstract submission and registration

The conference is now closed for submission of contributions, but registration for attendance is still available for either online or in-person (very limited in-person places remaining)
